It was the end of summer 2022 and we went to see Tereza in Prague. Was it our dream come true? Well, yes. When we wrote to her if she would like to be the face of a new shade, she wrote back that “having her own lipstick shade is a really great idea, I really like it.” She went for it and out of the 6 candidates, we had the shade that was her “love at first sight” certified!
And here the story begins
We drove to Prague for 3 hours while listening to music "from Alice in chains to Destiny's child". Everything went smoothly, Prague welcomed us with sunny summer weather. We had agreed with @vieraduskova.makeup that we would meet before the photo shoot and chat over a coffee. Just from Vinohrady, you could feel that Tereza would be something special. We walked through the streets and soaked up the city atmosphere. We rang the doorbell and suddenly a brutal woman stood in front of us!
Meet Teresa.
And there it was. Tereza took us to the roof of her apartment from where we could see all of Prague and showed us her beautiful feminine and spontaneous side.
She chose her own outfits, Vierka did her makeup. Then she showed us where she does her hair in her bathroom. An ideal place for photos with a slightly cheeky atmosphere. There we revealed her adventurous nature during the photo shoot. Just the way it is.
And we've seen it before. She's like all of us women. Spontaneous and kind, yet brave and free. All in one feminine being.
Tereza is about that feeling. An inspiring woman who lives her feelings “here and now”. And on the way home we just kept repeating to ourselves that wow, this is it. Thank you, Tereza, for allowing us to “let loose” 😀
Who is Teresa?
Tereza owns the hair salon "Ten pocit" in a beautiful district of Prague. She is known to us from her YouTube videos, where she educates us about proper hair and scalp care and shares her tips and tricks from the hairdressing world. She radiates playfulness, kindness, freedom and independence, and she tries to sell this to all women through social networks and in the armchair. "I am independent, and it's worth all the nerves around me. I paint myself as I want, I wear colored hair, I dress according to my mood. And I try to pass this on to all women through my social networks and in the armchair."
And what does Teresa think about the shade?
"The girls, Tereza, mixed this shade for me so that it wasn't too much for day wear, but at the same time so that I could wear it to an evening event. We went through about 6 prototypes and this shade was love at first sight! I like how light they are on fraela lipsticks, so that even a bolder shade doesn't look harsh. That's why I wasn't afraid of the darker raspberry shade, which works great on me. It looks good with light makeup, but and with bold eyeliner, which I wear almost all the time."
"Don't be afraid to be yourself, don't be afraid to indulge yourself, don't be afraid to believe that you can do great things. Because you can, you just have to start believing it."
